Basic Salesmanship on Level 3

This course is based on Unit Standards with the aim of qualifying students to become well versed in basic salesmanship on Level 3.

The emphases is on basic knowledge of the products sold by the company and basic sales skills with the added knowledge of their environment in the Wholesale and Retail Sector.

As this is a Skills Program there are only three modules:

Module One - Core Principles

Module Two: Salesmanship Skills & Product Knowledge

Module Three: Customer Relations

The course is a self-study online course with THREE Practical Workbooks to be submitted for assessment within the period allotted.

The Theoretical Modules have an Online Tests to be completed. (Three Tests)

The student in accomplishing this course will be credited with 50 credits as a basic part of a future full Learnership.
